For technical support, account/billing issues, feature requests, or private matters:

**Response time**: Typically within 24–48 hours (business days). Pro plan users receive priority support.

### What to include in your bug report:

* **Inkwell version**: Found under **Inkwell → About Inkwell**
* **Operating system**: Your macOS version
* **Description**: What happened, and what you expected to happen
* **Steps to reproduce**: How we can duplicate the issue on our end
* **Attachments**: If relevant, attach the `.ink` file or screenshots/screen recordings showing the issue

## Account & Billing Questions

For questions about:

* Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
* Credit balance issues
* Payment history or receipts

**Stripe billing**: Email [support@inkwell.app](mailto:support@inkwell.app) or log into your account settings via **Inkwell → Settings…** → **Account**.

**App Store subscriptions**:
If you subscribed to Pro directly through the Mac App Store, your billing is managed securely by Apple:

* On your Mac: Open **System Settings** → click your **Apple Account (Name)** → **Media & Purchases** → **Manage Subscriptions**.
