# v1.1.4 — Sign-in recovery and shooting-script imports

> Finish signing in by hand if the browser ever stalls, and import shooting scripts whose scene headings carry scene numbers.

<Note>
  Released **June 26, 2026** · [Download the latest version](https://inkwell.app/download)
</Note>

## Highlights

Signing in is more dependable, and there's now a way to finish by hand if the browser ever fails to hand you back. Plus, shooting scripts and sides that number their scene headings now import the way you'd expect.

## New

* **Finish signing in by hand.** When you sign in, Inkwell opens your browser and waits for it to pass you back to the app. On most setups that happens automatically. But a VPN, a non-default browser, or signing in across two machines can break that hand-off and leave you stuck. Now you can copy the sign-in token shown on the web page and paste it straight into Inkwell. Look for **Enter token manually…** next to the Sign In button, in the welcome screens, the startup window, and the **Account** menu.

## Fixed

* **Shooting scripts and sides now import.** A PDF whose scene headings start with a scene number, like `31 INT. CHAMBER - DAY`, was being read as having no scenes at all, so the import came back empty. Inkwell now recognizes those numbered headings, and scripts like these import properly.
